Oranges and tangerines have always been grown in our family and we continue to grow them in a totally natural way. We trust in nature itself and the long tradition instilled in us by previous generations of growers.
Our oranges are not treated to make them shine, or to make the skin last longer, or to cover up imperfections.
In our area, it is usual to meet a family member, friend or acquaintance who dedicates himself or herself to harvesting Valencian oranges at some point in his or her life. For many years in Valencia, the countryside has allowed its workers to live a dignified life, as well as becoming an identifying sign of Valencian culture.
My great-grandparents, grandparents and parents have continued to grow oranges, fields that have been passed down from generation to generation without pretending to make a big deal out of it, just because of family tradition. This is why it is a source of pride for me to be able to take over, modernising Internet sales and to be able to take a little of that effort, dedication and tradition of my family legacy to the growing of Valencian citrus fruits to many corners of Spain and Europe.
