When will you receive your order?

We ship via transport companies. We strive to get your order in as soon as possible and you can enjoy our oranges, but please keep in mind that:

  • We harvest the oranges once you place your order and therefore if you are in the Iberian Peninsula you will receive oranges harvested 24-48 hours earlier (For example, if you place an order on a Monday before two noon, the oranges will be picked on Tuesday and will arrive on Wednesday). If you are in the Balearic Islands the delivery will be delayed one day.
  • If you are in the rest of Europe, the oranges you will receive will have been harvested approximately between 2 and 4 working days before your order.
  • We do not harvest on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays or when weather conditions do not allow it. We will collect them on the first working day following the holiday on which you have made your online purchase.

What and how many kilos will I receive?

You will receive our oranges and tangerines in a cardboard box with tamper-evident seals. The box cannot be opened without the closing area being affected allowing easy detection of tampering.

Due to the nature of the product, the box weight is approximate. The total weight includes the product plus the tare weight of the box.

 

Our packaging is 100% recyclable.

Each and every one of the materials that make up our packaging are 100% recyclable.

The use of corrugated cardboard and paper has less environmental impact than other materials used in packaging, such as plastic, glass or aluminium. 

Why? Because it’s very easy to recycle.

Recycling cardboard packaging and paper is therefore an easy thing to do, a simple gesture that nevertheless has a great environmental impact.

In addition, our box is designed so that you can reuse it if you wish. A box with a sturdy lid for storing objects, toys, carrying books, organizing documents…

 

 

 

 

How can I preserve freshly picked oranges or tangerines?

Citrus fruits should be kept at room temperature outside the refrigerator. Ideally, they should be stored in dark, dry, cool and airy places, without humidity or heat. In order to preserve them, it is ideal not to stack them so that the air circulates between them. Therefore, when you receive your purchase, and as soon as you can, you take them out of the box to place them in a fruit bowl of wicker, raffia, etc… It is recommended that it should not be closed or made of glass, since it will not circulate the air, nor put them next to other fruit ripening faster as apples or bananas

The citrus fruits you are going to receive come directly from the tree, without chemical waxes or conservation chambers. The normal thing is that observing these norms they will last in good state during approximately 3 weeks at room temperature, but if some piece begins to spoil, separate it so that it does not affect the rest.

Keep in mind that those that have a blow should also be separated and consumed preferably, as they spoil before. If you want to keep them in the fridge so that they last longer, keep them in the less cold part of the fridge in closed plastic bags.

We are 100% sure of the quality of our products, but bear in mind that it is a natural fruit without artificial preservative treatments and it is possible that some times some piece is deteriorated by some blow or bite of some insect. Anyway, if for any reason you are not satisfied, or you have received a damaged product we will try to solve it as soon as possible.

The claims for delivery of the deteriorated product will be handled in the following way:

 

If you receive your order and the box is in poor condition for having suffered blows, please make it appear on the delivery note and reject the order as it is up to the customer to verify the condition of the goods upon receipt and indicate all anomalies.

If you are not satisfied with our citrus fruits you can return them as follows:

 

In the case of requesting a refund, the customer must return the product to Valencia Natural Market within 48 hours of receipt of the order. The costs of return, are borne by the customer.

The amount will be returned by bank transfer once we have received the product.

Returns or substitutions will not be admitted when the product does not arrive to us in its original packing and with the product in perfect state.
